The lead work on the chimney stack had become worn and had hair line fractures in it. All the flashings and soakers were changed with code 4 lead. The ridge tiles were completely replaced with red concrete interlocking ridge tiles. They were cut to the shape of the roofline and then mitred at the ridge where the hips meet.
