What to look at when thinking about a re-roof?

There are many factors to consider when deciding if a re-roof is the right solution, there is a list below for some of the factors you need to consider.

• Does your roof have the new breathable felt?
• What is the condition of the slates/tiles on the roof?
• Has the lead work been damaged?
• Have galvanized nails been used to prevent erosion?
