The existing bay window was holding a lot of water. It had 2 inch of standing water which was causing water to penetrate into the property. The existing outlet was far too small for causing water to pond. To remedy the situation we boarded the bay window and added an EDPM seamless cap sheet. To catch the rain water we then added a gutter and down pipe which carried the rain water into the existing drain.
