The original felt roof was leaking causing water ingress into the property.
The original roof was removed, felt boards and insulation. A new warm roof was installed. This consists of the insulation being installed on top of the joists. We then boarded on top of the joists. A movement layer was then applied, two layers of under felt and one layer of green mineral. To ensure the roof was water tight against the abutment wall a 6 inch code 4 lead flashing as installed. All the debris then removed from site. All felt roofs come with a 10 year guarantee.
