The customer had a crack in the lead valley which was allowing rain water to cause damp on the wall below. To remedy the situation we stripped out the tiles, removed the old valley and replaced it with a code 4, 18 inch lead valley. We also cleaned the moss off the roof, made repairs to the tiles around the velux and cleaned out the cast iron gutters.
