Complete overhaul of the flat roof. Including removing the old green mineral and boarding. Replacing with EDPM rubber, new white UPVC facias, soffits and guttering. Supply and fitting of soffit vents and black UPVC trims. All the old materials were taken away and the customer was given a 20 year guarantee.
