The customers coping stones had slipped down the roof and were hanging in the gutter. This is extremely dangerous and could cause serious harm to the property or anyone underneath. We erected scaffolding, first of all, to ensure the job could be completed safely. We then removed the coping stones and re-fixed then, this time adding a steel hip iron to stop them from slipping again. We also added twinplas guttering to the front and back elevations. This is a upvc guttering that is made to look like traditional wooden guttering.
