The mortar on the old ridge tiles had deteriorated over time. This had caused the ridge tiles to slip down the roof. This can become very dangerous as they can fall off the roof causing damage to property or even worse a person. To rectify the problem we took the old ridges off, cleaned them up and then re bedded and re pointed them.
