Completed re-roof of a double garage in the centre of Outlane golf course. New breathable membrane, new 2×1 lathe batons and new artificial grey slates. The ridges were re bedded and pointed and new collaring was added to the gables.

Total re roof of a garage in Edgerton. The rosemary tiles were taken off and disposed of along with the batons. Then we fitted a premium breathable membrane, 2×1 lathe batons and interlocking concrete Marley tiles. The guttering is all getting changed to profiled upvc guttering.

Large re-roof done in Meltham Huddersfield. The old tiles lattes and felt were disposed of and replace with new materials. The rosemary tiles were taken off and put into a skip along with the batons. We then added a premium breathable membrane and 2×1 lathe batons. To ensure the property was water tight to next doors we installed a hidden valley and tiled the roof in with Marley interlocking concrete tiles.

The stone slates were taken off along with the old lattes and felt. New breathable felt and 2×1 lathe batons we’re fitted and then the slates put back on. Any damaged slates were replaced. We also added a new edpm rubber valley to the abutment.

Here we have a full re roof of a property. The old rosemary tiles were replaced with Marley modern interlocking concrete tiles. All new facia, soffits and guttering. A new GRP bay window roof and all new dry verge and ridge systems.

This was a really enjoyable project. A very complicated roof with different levels and different pitches. A flat roof was used at the top to allow the customer to have the required pitch while still not going above the upstairs windows.

The stone slates were taken off and and concrete tiles were put back on. To join the roof with the neighbouring properties we used grp bonding gutters. These allow different types of tiles/slates to bind together leaving a water tight seem.

Re-roof finished in Golcar Huddersfield. Rosemary tiles were taken off and replaced with rustic Calderdales, and concrete ridge tiles. All the cast iron guttering was replaced with half round upvc guttering to join the two roofs together a hidden valley was used as it looks far nicer than using water tables.
